Science stories: Knowledge

We produced this film for the Royal Society to celebrate the 350th anniversary of the Philosophical Transactions. It features biologist, Sir Paul Nurse and physicist, Emily Nurse as they discuss the importance of reliable knowledge and the role of scientic journals.

Red Banana produced, directed, filmed, edited and created the bespoke animations in this film. The pre-production stage involved a great deal of research into the topic to equip us with sufficient scientific knowledge to write a strong film structure and to also interview participants about their specialist subjects etc.
